7.3L Engine Harness — YC3Z-12B637-BA
This is the main engine wiring harness built to replace Ford part number YC3Z-12B637-BA / YC3Z12B637BA. It restores injector, sensor, and glow-plug-module circuits on the correct 7.3L Power Stroke applications with factory-style connectors and routing.

- 2000–2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty, F-350 Super Duty, F-450 Super Duty, F-550 Super Duty
- 2000–2001 Ford Excursion
- Late-1999 Super Duty / Excursion 7.3L engines built after October 25, 1999
- 7.3L Power Stroke V8 turbo diesel only
- California emissions only
- Automatic transmission only (4R100)
- Glow Plug Control Module (GPCM) trucks only — finned module on the engine, not a federal square glow-plug relay
Does not fit
- Federal-emissions trucks that use a glow-plug relay instead of a GPCM
- Manual-transmission trucks
- Engines built on or before 10/25/1999
- 2002–2003 7.3L trucks (California automatic GPCM applications use YC3Z-12B637-EA)
- 6.0L, 6.4L, 6.7L, gas engines, or unrelated Ford platforms
