The BD Diesel 1064442FPTO TowMaster is a rebuilt 4R100 automatic for 1999-2003 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 2WD trucks with the 7.3L Powerstroke. It keeps the transmission-mounted PTO provision for trucks running PTO equipment. The factory 4R100 was built for stock power, so added fuel and heavy trailers lead to soft shifts, slipping, heat and burned clutches. This transmission adds clutch capacity and line pressure to carry that load.

BD fully rollerizes the geartrain, adds clutches to the forward, low reverse, intermediate and overdrive packs, and installs a full shift kit with a line mod valve and recalibrated accumulator body. Each unit is dyno tested and ships with BD's deep aluminum pan and an auxiliary frame-mounted full flow filter kit. This is the transmission only; a BD torque converter must be installed with it to keep the warranty. Core required, refundable deposit at checkout.
