Do I need a new hydra tune to do this upgraded valve body?

Depends on how hard the shifting is after it's installed. If it's very hard then a tune would be needed.

Does this valve body come with the pressure control valve or the EPC?
Also will this work for an 1995 E4OD?

This was a well worth and needed upgrade to my transmission. I would recommend getting this. I didn't even have to change tunes for the truck, it shift firm, and fast compared to stock slow rough shifts with the added power from my 160/0 injectors (full force), KC billet plus turbo, up pipes and Hydra Tuner.
