The Driven Diesel DD-SD-HVFDK-FL is a high-volume Fuelab system for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0 Super Duty. It is built for a street truck with big injectors through a moderate race build, including 300 cc injectors on a hot tune. The tank connection is not in the box.
The pump is a Fuelab Prodigy 41401-1, brushless, made in the USA. Billet pre-pump and post-pump filter heads, Baldwin filters, a 40-amp harness, the hose, and the fittings are included. An adapter for a FASS electric heater is in the kit. It mounts inside the frame, ahead of the tank, and wants about 13 to 15 inches of straight rail. It ties to a sump with a 1/2-inch NPT or a -8 O-ring port, a Driven Diesel 5/8-inch pickup, a FASS pickup, or a Fleece or Riffraff sending unit. The FASS 220 gph system is TSF14250F220G. The AirDog 165 is A7SABF592.
It fits 1999–2007 F-250 and F-350 trucks with a 7.3 or a 6.0.
