The aFe 46-60070 is the BladeRunner Street Series turbo for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the stock-replacement turbo. The 66 mm, 4-inch-inlet turbo is 46-60072.
This one keeps the factory geometry. The compressor is 60 mm into 80 mm, in a housing that uses the OE inlet and the factory V-band outlet. The turbine is 77 mm into 67.5 mm, in a .84 A/R housing, the same A/R as stock. A wastegate actuator is included and comes preset. It is adjustable. aFe’s in-house dyno showed about 13 hp and 28 lb-ft, and they say extra fueling is not required. There is no core charge. The warranty is 2 years.
It fits late-1999.5 through 2003 Super Duty trucks and uses the stock boots. Early 1999 and OBS turbos are a different bolt pattern. It cannot be shipped to California.
Use this when the stock turbo is worn and you want the factory spool. The GT is the one for a 4-inch inlet and more air.
