Demanding performance calibrations, upgraded CP3 pumps, and larger injectors pull high vacuum across factory fuel lines, drawing entrained air and vapor bubbles into the fuel supply. This air disruption distorts injector spray patterns, induces plunger galling, and triggers P0087 and P1093 low fuel rail pressure trouble codes; the AirDog II-5G eliminates these bottlenecks by providing steady, deaerated positive pressure.

The 5G system features an integrated diaphragm fuel pressure regulator mechanically adjustable from 7 to 55 PSI, providing steady line pressure at high flow rates with optional boost compensation capability to combat fuel pressure drops under full throttle.
