7.3 Powerstroke Water Pump | Alliant AP63501

Replace a leaking or noisy 7.3 Powerstroke water pump with an Alliant Power stock-style unit. Alliant AP63501 is a new water pump for 1994–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. It circulates coolant through the engine and radiator, includes a mounting gasket, and is built as an OE-style replacement without the dealer price. A failing pump can cause overheating, coolant loss, or a squeal from the front of the engine.

Drain the cooling system and inspect the belt, tensioner, and thermostat while the pump is off. Use fresh coolant to spec after install and bleed air from the system. If your 7.3 Powerstroke is overheating or leaking at the water pump, the Alliant AP63501 is the OE-style replacement built for that engine.
