Replace a leaking or noisy 7.3 Powerstroke water pump with an Alliant Power stock-style unit. Alliant AP63501 is a new water pump for 1994–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. It circulates coolant through the engine and radiator, includes a mounting gasket, and is built as an OE-style replacement without the dealer price. Drain the cooling system and inspect the belt, tensioner, and thermostat while the pump is off. Use fresh coolant to spec after install and bleed air from the system.
