The factory orange turbo intake boot on 1994-1997 OBS 7.3L Power Stroke trucks is discontinued and fails with age. AVP 1820102C2 is a direct-replacement turbo intake boot kit so you can restore a sealed path from the air filter/MAF side to the turbo inlet.
This kit targets the orange OE-style boot application. It is not for E-Series vans and not for trucks that already use the later black boot PN F81Z-9C681-AA.

It's a direct replacement for the factory boot with the same specs.
