For the last few years, the parts I've been getting for my Super Duty have delivered looking like subpar junk. Even parts from Ford dealers. Seems like a race to the bottom in the auto parts industry. So the bar is pretty low these days, but I still think this Banks catback was a solid investment. It looks professionally made, delivered un-damaged, and went together easily. It is very quiet; as quiet as stock at cruising speeds, maybe even quieter, and a bit louder than stock at start-up and low RPM's. Also, pleasantly surprised there is no drone, and it doesn't feel like I lost any low-end power. This even without the cat. Only issue, and this probably has more to do with the body configuration of the truck (mine is a super cab long bed), the spare tire can sit against the tail pipe if you set-up the system such that the rubber exhaust hangers are oriented almost vertically. One more thing - I originally ordered from another source, which like most suppliers, drop ship from the manufacturer. It took them a week to let me know it was on back order and would take at least 3 weeks, plus another week because Banks shuts down for a week at the end of their fiscal year to do inventory. So I cancelled that order and found someone who had it in stock - Full Force Diesel. It cost me an extra $45 but that was fine because I was just happy to find a kit in stock for my not so common cab/bed configuration.
