The BD 1043900 is a bellowed up-pipe kit for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It replaces the factory pipes and the crush-donut gaskets that leak between the manifolds and the turbo.
The pipes are 2-inch 304 stainless, with internally shielded expansion bellows so heat growth does not crush the seal. The Y-adapter is high-silicon ductile iron. Stainless gaskets replace the donuts. BD uses the thicker tube to keep more heat in the exhaust on the way to the turbine, which is drive pressure you lose when the stock joint soots the firewall. Hardware is included. No welding.
It fits late-1999.5 through 2003 F-Series and E-Series 7.3 trucks. It will not fit a truck built on or before December 7, 1998. Those early 1999 small-case turbos use a different collector. It is not for sale in California.
