The Ford F8TZ-6K854-AA is the OE turbo inlet Y-pipe collector for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the cast piece that joins both up-pipes to the turbo inlet. The up-pipes are not included.
It is the late-style collector, for trucks built after December 7, 1998. The bolt pattern is three holes, 3 1/8 inches center to center. A cracked or warped collector leaks exhaust ahead of the turbine, which soots the firewall and costs drive pressure. This Ford piece bolts to the factory locations. The donut gaskets are separate. Order a set of Mahle GS33716, or Ford F4TZ-6K854-C, when you replace it. A reused donut rarely seals.
It will not fit an early 1999 small-case turbo. Those trucks use a different collector.
