The BD 1047030 is the intercooler boot and clamp kit for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the boots only. The pipes are not included.
The boots are 4-ply Nomex silicone with a fluorosilicone liner, so oil mist does not eat the rubber. BD rates them past 100 psi. The clamps are stainless spring T-bolts, over 400 pounds of clamp force, and they stay tight through a heat cycle. The kit covers the intercooler joints, the spider boots, and the plenum boots. It fits a stock cooler or an aftermarket setup that still uses these boot sizes. An early-1999 truck does not use this layout.
It fits 1999.5–2003 F-250 and F-350 trucks.
Fitment
- 1999.5–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke
- F-250 and F-350
- 4-ply Nomex silicone, fluorosilicone lined
- Intercooler, spider, and plenum boots
- Stainless spring clamps

Closing: A split factory boot is a boost leak. If the aluminum tubes are crushed, the pipe kit is a different part.
