The aFe 46-60072 is a BladeRunner GT turbo for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is a complete drop-in for a late GTP38. No pedestal or up-pipe changes.
The compressor is a 66 mm billet wheel, 88 mm exducer, in a 4-inch ported anti-surge cover. That cover is what aFe uses to cut the bark on lift-throttle. The turbine is 76 mm into 67 mm, in a 1.0 A/R housing instead of the stock .84, which is how they get the EGTs down. A billet adjustable wastegate actuator is on it, and a 5-ply 4-inch torque-booster tube is in the box. aFe’s in-house dyno showed about 49 hp and 124 lb-ft with tuning. There is no core charge. The warranty is 2 years.
It fits late-1999.5 through 2003 Super Duty trucks. Early 1999 and OBS turbos are a different bolt pattern. It cannot be shipped to California.
A stock intake boot will not fit the 4-inch inlet. Use the tube in the box. A tune is what turns the extra air into power.
