The 2010-2012 Ram 6.7L tube-and-fin intercooler heat-soaks and the outlet tank cracks. The CSF 6021 replaces it with a bar-and-plate core in the same opening. The inlet and outlet are different diameters.
- Build: Bar-and-plate aluminum core, 26-1/4 inches by 25-5/8 inches and 1-5/8 inches thick. Inlet is 3 inches and the outlet is 2-3/4 inches.
- Part number: CSF 6021 crosses OEM 55056902AD, 55056902AE, and 68069554AA.
- Fitment: 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500, and 2011-2012 Ram 2500 and 3500, with the 6.7L Cummins.
- Does not fit: 2009-older and 2013-up Rams. The tube-and-fin unit is CSF 6000. The heavy-duty cast-tank cooler is CSF 7100.
- Not in the box: Boots, hoses, and clamps are not included. This is the cooler only.
- Warranty: CSF lists a 1-year limited warranty for the original owner. The term is on the warranty card in the box.
