The Driven Diesel HPOP Gear Access Cover Kit is designed to simplify the removal and reinstallation of the high-pressure oil pump (HPOP) in your 7.3L truck. This kit also provides a convenient oil return location. The cover features a captured o-ring design that eliminates the need for sealant, ensuring the o-ring stays in place during installation. With a #6 female o-ring boss port, it offers an oil return option for twin high-pressure pumps, bypass oil filters, or any other oil drain setup you may need.

This cover fits all 7.3L trucks, though for 99-03 models or later OBS trucks with the EBV sensor in front of the high-pressure oil reservoir, we recommend the Gear Access Cover Kit with the EBV relocation tube.
