The FFD high performance dual or twin HPOP kit is the all in one system that you need for any injector upgrade. The FFD Dual Pump kit is a re-release of the legendary, and patented, BTS Dual Pump system. With the ability to support any size injector currently on the market today. Even if your injectors aren't the largest around, this HPOP system will run them at 100% peak performance while also leaving room to grow in the future. The versatility of this HPOP system is unrivaled. This pump is designed to effective with any size injector. From the completely stock truck to the all out sled pull or drag racing truck.
This system comes with a new secondary inline HPOP that is used for additional flow and higher pressure. Both pump together supply large amounts of oil pressure for better throttle response. An increased ramp in the torque curve helps obtain this "out of the hole" performance.
Improvements are even more pronounced in the 5 and 6 speed applications. The additional dip in throttle response on initial take off with the manual transmission is decreased significantly. This increased level of throttle response provides a more seamless transition between shifts and normal boost levels. The torque curves is more "table top" with peak torque happening sooner and maximum torque holding longer. Perfect for towing applications.
Features dual IPR valves that allow this dual pump system to act as a driver friendly single pump system with a smooth idle and consistent throttle response. Dual IPR valves control the oil flow and allow the pumps to dump twice the oil volume much faster than other twin systems on the market. Choppy idle is eliminated at engine warm up. Simply the best dual HPOP system on the market.
*We add a core charge to cover the core on the new pump sent in the kit. You're required to keep your stock pump to run with this system. To avoid the core charge you must supply us with a HPOP core from any year 1994-2003 truck. If you don't have another extra core then you'll need to select *pay core charge without core.

Would this system work even if I have a stage 1 or stage 2 hpop on it already? Or does the pump have to be stock?

It doesn't matter if your pump is upgraded or not.

Just curious, is it a factory pump that comes in the kit or an aftermarket like the alliant. Asking because my pump is leaking out of the rear cover and I'm about to replace it but I plan on upgrading to this setup eventually and would like to install the same pump.

Great design, installation is easy. Truck starts as quick as a 12v, icp and and boost has no delay time, the only thing I would suggest is in your installation intruction for obs trucks is to clean all your grounds to bare metal on the cab, frame, and engine block. For some reason the added pump causes alot of interference with the pcm and idm, icp pressure will default and cut pulse on the injectors and throw a CEL with no fault cleaning all the grounds solves this issues, and make sure you aren't missing any grounds.

Bought a wrecked truck for parts from a guy that had this set up installed in it. Swapped out my modified single hpop with this on my BONE stock 1999 7.3/ZF6 and it made a night and day difference. The truck feels like it starts better, idles smoother, and holds power better. Will be getting a set of stage 1 single shots and a 1.0AR housing with some good custom tunes ASAP.
