The FASS HK1002 is the high-output heater disk for a Titanium Signature Series pump, a Titanium pump with the grey filter base built after 2013, an Industrial pump, and the Ford Drop-In DIFSFRD1001. It is a 300-watt disk. It switches on below about 34 degrees.

The disk warms fuel as it enters the FASS so the filters do not gel. It goes on the suction side only. It is a vacuum piece, not a pressure piece. The Ultimate kit, with this disk and two probes, is HK1003U. The probe element is 32283R. The no-drill bracket is NDB1002.

It fits a FASS Titanium Signature, a post-2013 grey-base Titanium, an Industrial, and the Ford Drop-In.

Wire it so it does not sit on with the key off. A gelled filter is still a filter change. This disk thaws fuel. It does not pull water out of the tank.
