The 7.3L Powerstroke Fuel Pump Outlet Fitting is an OE-style discharge port adapter designed for 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke frame-mounted electric fuel pumps. It threads straight into the discharge side of factory-style Bosch fuel pumps (including Bosch 69136) to connect the factory 5/16" push-button quick-disconnect supply line heading up to the engine. It features an M10 male threaded base with an integrated sealing shoulder and a precision-formed 5/16" quick-disconnect male post.
Missing outlet adapters on brand-new boxed replacement fuel pumps, damaged retaining collars, or attempting to service an Early 1999 pump where the original outlet hardware will not thread into newer pump castings are what this fitting resolves. Standard aftermarket replacement pumps frequently do not package this fitting, making it difficult to hook up the stock chassis fuel line if the factory hardware is stripped, rounded, or missing. It is the fuel pump outlet adapter fitting only; the fuel pump and sealing crush washer are sold separately.
It fits 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke Super Duty trucks and Excursions running factory-style Bosch electric lift pumps, as well as 1994–1997 OBS trucks utilizing an e-fuel conversion with an OEM-style fuel pump.

Ensure a fresh copper or aluminum crush washer is positioned over the M10 threads prior to installing it into the pump discharge snout. Thread the fitting into the pump housing by hand to avoid cross-threading into the pump casting, then tighten to factory torque with an open-end wrench. Slide the vehicle's 5/16" fuel feed line connector straight onto the barb until the internal lock snaps audibly into position, then tug back gently to verify the line is fully locked before turning the key.
