7.3 Powerstroke Fuel Pump | Bosch 91605
Replace a weak frame-rail lift pump with the OEM-style Bosch electric fuel pump used on late 7.3 Powerstroke trucks. Bosch 91605 is the stock-style 12-volt pump that feeds the heads and injectors on 1999–2003 Super Duty, Excursion, and E-Series 7.3 engines. It is the same design Ford installed from the factory. A failing pump can cause hard start, stall, low fuel pressure, or a no-start when hot.
