The Ford F81Z-6619-AA is the O-ring for the HPOP reservoir top cover on a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It seals the lid on the reservoir in the valley. It is the O-ring only. The cover is not included.
That ring hardens and the cover weeps oil down the front of the engine. A reused ring rarely seals the second time. Replace it any time the cover comes off for an IPR, an ICP sensor, or a pump. It is not the pump-to-cover gasket. That one is F6TZ-9417-AA.
It fits late-1999 through 2003 Super Duty and Excursion 7.3 trucks. Early OBS reservoirs use a different cover.

If the leak is at the pump mounting face or the bottom plug, this ring will not fix it. Clean the groove before it goes in.
