The Industrial Injection XR1 Series is a modified stock replacement turbocharger for the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. It installs as a direct drop-in, just like the factory turbo, but adds an upgraded compressor wheel for better efficiency, lower exhaust gas temperatures and improved strength and reliability.

Fitment

This XR1 is built on the 2003-style 6.0L turbo platform. Trucks built on or after 9/22/2003 (2004–2007) use a different turbo. Check the part number on your existing turbo or your engine build date before ordering.
