Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Factory piping has numerous restrictive bends that impede airflow and choke the power of your truck. The Mishimoto Powerstroke intercooler piping is engineered to eliminate unnecessary bends, which results in increased airflow and power. The Mishimoto intercooler pipe kit includes DuraCore™ boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. Mishimoto DuraCore™ technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore™ provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil.This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. For greater improvements in charge-air cooling, pair this piping kit with the Mishimoto performance intercooler. This set up is a great buy for the money. Had one boot replaced under warranty and after three years of constantly taking on and off and lots of heat cycles, Mishi replaced some failed clamps. Process is respectable, you need to send in receipt and photos. I like how I talk to a person on the other line and I didn�t feel that I was jumping through hoops. They even offered a replacement set of boots just to have around without the clamps and customized a price. I haven�t owned any other brands and glad I bought this set up. Thanks

Good product I guess. Boots dont last that long had them on my truck for 3 months and ruined a boot. Mishi wants you to jump thru hoops to replace it. With they sold those individually and stood behind the products they sell Not impressed guys!
