The Irate SDFUEL is a complete fuel system for a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. Irate lists it to a 250/200 injector, or about 550 to 600 rear-wheel horsepower.
You get a Bosch pump, a 304 stainless bracket, a billet filter base, Baldwin filters, a 5/8-inch pickup, Parker 801-10 from the tank, 801-8 to the engine, and 801-6 on the return. The regulated return, the fuel-bowl delete, a Fuelab regulator, a liquid-filled gauge, and the harness are in the box. Water separator first, then the final filter. A driver-side up-pipe sometimes has to move for the 90-degree fitting. A Gen3 or a Full Force dual HPOP needs a different line bend. Tell them at checkout.
It fits 1999–2003 Super Duty 7.3 trucks.

The install went smooth except for those flared lines. I wanted the hard lines which drew me to this kit originally. However driver rear line did not clear the 38r inlet. After massaging it in place it did fit but I couldn�t get it to seal the JIC fitting on the back. Then another leak on passenger side came and had to be reflared. I got rid of all those prevent line and had some stainless hoses made up at a hydraulic shop. I also switched feed lines to the front and return comes from back of heads to keep fuel away from exhaust (Like team blue uses). Tank, filter/pump and wiring were all dialed in for a perfect fit. System seems to run great.
