Irate Diesel Performance 94-97 Ford F-Series Intercooler Mounting Kit

Upgrade your 94-97 Ford F-Series with the Irate Diesel Performance Intercooler Mounting Kit. Crafted from durable stainless steel, this comprehensive bracket kit includes all necessary components and hardware to install an intercooler from 99-03 7.3L trucks, such as the CSF replacement intercooler.

The kit is compatible with both the Irate T4 turbo setup and stock turbo configurations (custom piping required for stock setups). For 94-95 models, a radiator and overflow tank from 96-97 trucks are needed to accommodate the 99-03 intercooler due to size differences. Ensure your truck's radiator has the overflow cap (96-97 models have the cap on the overflow bottle) for proper fitment.

Automatic trucks will require relocation of the transmission cooler. We recommend using a 99-03 cooler mounted to the front bumper, which is efficient and prevents flow restriction. For 2WD trucks, a drop bracket for the sway bar is necessary to fit certain intercoolers.
