KC Turbos 6.0L Balanced Assembly Turbo Kit (300403 / 300404 / 300405)

If your stock 6.0L turbo needs a rebuild, the KC Turbos Balanced Assembly lets you upgrade it at the same time. KC pairs its billet compressor wheel with its 10-blade high-flow turbine wheel, balances the assembly and includes a 360 rebuild kit, so it’s ready to drop into your turbo. KC says it increases air flow and lowers EGTs, with the classic 6.0 whistle.

• Billet 11-Blade Compressor Wheel: A GTX-style billet wheel with extended tips for a little quicker spool and more air flow. KC’s testing found its 11-blade single-plane wheels outperform the stock dual-plane design.
• 10-Blade High-Flow Turbine Wheel: Flows more and reduces EGTs for more top-end performance. Expect a loud turbo whistle; some say it sounds like a jet engine.
• Upgraded 360 Thrust Bearing: A KC 360 rebuild kit is included. Choose the Standard 360 kit or the Extreme 360 kit, which adds the piston cap retaining ring, piston cap O-ring and extra bolts.

• Turbo Year Is Not Truck Year: Your truck’s build date isn’t always the same as your turbo’s year. If you’re not sure, contact us with your turbo’s part number before ordering.
• Garrett Powermax Turbos: KC makes a separate balanced assembly for Powermax turbos. This kit is for 6.0L turbos listed by year.
• DIY Rebuild: KC doesn’t cover DIY products under warranty. Check clearances during assembly, or have a turbo shop do the work. Pair it with a new KC bearing housing (300337 or 300466) if yours is worn.
