I have a stock, but tuned engine. When hauling heavy, the turbo surges/ stalls/ coughs. Will this turbo correct that issue?

Shipped fast and packaged well. Spools faster and makes a little more power than stock. Wasn�t look for hp gains just a nice turbo for towing. Highly recommend! Also has a nice louder whistle too!
