The MBRP S62220SLM is a 5-inch turbo-back exhaust for a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke pickup, in T409 with no muffler. The downpipe is 4 inches and steps to 5. The muffled 5-inch kit is S62220409. The 4-inch no-muffler T409 kit is S6200SLM. A cab-and-chassis, an Excursion, or a van will not take this system.
The pipe is 16-gauge mandrel-bent T409, and a delete pipe ships in place of the muffler. The exit is a single side. It is louder than the muffled kits, with no drone control. A tip is not included. A 5-inch inlet tip is a separate part. It is not for a truck that still has a catalyst.
It fits 1999–2003 F-250 and F-350 pickups without a catalytic converter. It does not fit an E-Series.

A stock GTP38 does not need 5 inches. This size is for a bigger turbo. If you want the tone without the bark, order S62220409.

I love the look of the 5� exhaust and the exhaust tip. Although the drone sound is terrible at 1800-2000 rpms. Which is where pulling is happening most of time. I was trying to lower my egt�s but sacrificed sound. I guess I will have to get used to the drone sound. Wife doesn�t like it soo far. But she didn�t pay for it. May have to find way to reduce drone noise loud humming basically. As always I am satisfied with Full Force customer service and follow-up. Thank you Craig

it sounds amazing with my kc stage 3 turbo. mounted it up exactly how i was supposed to. welded the brackets up to go on the mounts. got every clamp as tight as i could possibly get them. was going to weld it next week when i had more time. keep in mind i�ve been driving with it for 2 days now. normal streets no rough terrain. and i hit a speed bump at my bank as usual. the exhaust completely falls and breaks and bends around my rear dif. took me 2 hours to get it out from under my truck and now i only have half an exhaust. my advice weld it. no matter how �bolt on� they say they are. i hope they back there word on the warranty.
