The MBRP S6284AL fits 2011-2014 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 pickups with the 6.7L Power Stroke. It replaces the factory turbo downpipe ahead of the diesel particulate filter and the extension, over-axle and tail pipes behind it. The factory DPF and the rest of the emissions hardware stay in place.
The system runs 4-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing to a single side exit. It finishes in a polished T304 stainless 5-inch outlet tip. No core required.
- 4-Inch Mandrel-Bent Tubing: The bends hold their full diameter with no crush points to restrict flow.
- Heavy-Gauge Aluminized Steel: Resists dents from road debris. It is best suited to dry climates without heavy road salt.
- Turbo Downpipe Included: Upper and lower downpipe sections replace the factory pipe from the turbo to the DPF in the same kit.
- Polished T304 Tip: Single-wall, rolled angle-cut tip in mirror-polished T304 stainless with a 5-inch outlet.
- Bolt-On Fit: Uses the factory flange and rubber hanger isolators with an MBRP Hang Tight hanger, band clamps, flange gasket and hardware supplied. No welding.
- CARB EO D-763-1: The turbo downpipe is covered by California Air Resources Board Executive Order D-763-1 for 2011-2014 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke trucks.

Installation Tip: Before tightening the downpipe clamps and flanges, check clearance to the firewall, transmission cooler lines and frame. The extension pipe behind the DPF is pre-cut for the 172.4-inch Crew Cab long bed wheelbase, so trim it to length on shorter trucks.
