The AirDog R4SPBF357 is a Raptor 4G fuel pump for a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the 150 gallon-per-hour high-pressure pump. It replaces the frame-rail pump. A return line is not required.
The pump is internally regulated, with an adjustable diaphragm. It mounts on a sandwich plate, pulls from the factory suction fitting, and feeds the factory fuel filter. The relay harness, the fittings, 1/2-inch line, and the brackets are in the box. It is the pump for a moderately modified truck. The 100 gph Raptor is a different kit. A FASS Titanium wants the no-drill bracket NDB1002 and, on a grey 125G or 140G, the 75 psi spring DD-FASS-75PSI.
It fits 1999–2003 F-250 and F-350 trucks with the 7.3.

Set the pressure and check it at the engine. A dirty factory filter still starves the injectors. Change the filter when the pump goes on.
