The FASS TSF14180F140G is a Titanium Signature Series fuel system for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0. It is rated at 140 gallons per hour at about 45 to 50 psi, and FASS lists it to about 700 hp. It is the stock-to-moderate system. The Excursion 140 gph system is TSF15180F140G. The pump-only unit is FASF15180F140G. The 220 gph system is TSF14250F220G.
Filtration is about 2 micron, with water and air removal. Whisper Technology keeps it quiet. The bracket bolts on. The warranty is limited lifetime. This is the volume FASS approves for the 75 psi spring, DD-FASS-75PSI. The no-drop kit, with a sump, is NDTSF14180F140G. The heater kit is HK1001. The AirDog 165 is A7SABF592.

The FASS Titanium Signature Series 140GPH system for the 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke features a no-drill mounting design that secures to the truck's factory bed bolt.
The mounting kit includes:
Main Frame Bracket: Anchors the system to the frame using the existing bed bolt location.
Pump Bracket: Attaches directly to the lift pump assembly.
Isolation Spacer: Placed between the frame and pump brackets to dampen vibration and reduce pump noise.
Mounting Hardware: All necessary bolts, nuts, and washers to secure the brackets and spacer together.
Note: If installing on a Cab and Chassis configuration, the included bed bolt bracket will likely require modification, as these trucks lack the standard pickup bed bolt setup.

I'm loving this thing. Paired it up with a FLEECE Sure Flo Sending unit, CNC Fabrication Fuel Bowl Delete Block and CNC Fab Fuel Bowl Retain 4 Line Feed Kit. Love this set up.
