Totally new from factory, even the way it was packed and shipped was incredible. It has a good warranty with this product. Being a turbo with a variable vane . The original I repaired and it worked out but decided to buy new as these are abused by heat it was the best. It nice to work with a supplier that bundles the product with sensors or valves. It's a great process of getting it back on the road . Tks
