The BD Diesel 1064232BM TorqueMaster package pairs a rebuilt 48RE automatic with a matched ProForce 3D triple-disc torque converter and a billet input shaft for 2005-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 2WD trucks with the 5.9L Cummins. This 2005-2007 package is built for trucks with the TVV stepper motor. The stock 48RE and input shaft were not built for added fuel and heavy trailers, so soft shifts, burned clutches and input-shaft failure become common once power climbs.

BD installs a revised valve body for higher apply pressure, upgrades the governor solenoid and transducer, replaces stock thrust washers with Torrington roller bearings, and adds a billet fine-spline input shaft.
