The FASS TSPN16140F110G Titanium Signature Series PLUS fuel system fits 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD trucks with the 5.0L Cummins. Entrained air, vapor, water and fine debris in diesel fuel wear the high-pressure pump and injectors early, and the factory supply side does little to remove them. This system replaces the factory supply and filtration with a dedicated lift pump and air separation filter assembly.
The pump is rated at 110 GPH at about 78 psi and supports up to 700 hp. It uses ORB fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, 1/2 in. fuel lines and a mass flow return that keeps fuel moving back to the tank, so it is continuously filtered. No core required.

Installation Tip: The install includes dropping the fuel tank to modify the in-tank module suction line, so run the tank as low as possible first and support it at both ends when it is back in place. Use the supplied dielectric grease on the relay connections, and fill the tank completely before priming the new system.
