The aFe 46-20091 is a BladeRunner GT intercooler for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the core only. The pipe kit is 46-20094-B.

The core is a 3-inch bar and plate, larger than the factory tube-and-fin. End tanks are 3/16-inch TIG-welded aluminum with multi-directional vanes so the air uses the whole core. Inlets and outlets are 3.5-inch billet. Four 1/8-inch NPT ports are tapped for a gauge or a water-meth nozzle. aFe pressure-tests it to 200 psi and lists about 32 percent more flow than stock. It uses the factory mounts.

It fits 1999.5–2003 Super Duty 7.3 trucks.
