The Alliant Power AP0166 is a turbocharger installation kit for 2011-2014 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke pickups and 2011-2016 cab and chassis trucks. It supplies the gaskets, seals and hardware needed to mount a replacement turbo to the factory pedestal.

Alliant packages this kit without exhaust clamps. If your clamps are worn, pair it with the Alliant AP0167 clamp kit, or choose the AP0221 kit, which includes clamps.

• Installation Tip: Never reuse turbo gaskets, O-rings or V-band clamps once they have been heat cycled. Clean every sealing face, install the turbo with fresh parts and torque the hardware to the Ford spec in sequence.
