Alliant Power 6.0L Powerstroke Remanufactured High-Pressure Oil Pump (AP63661)

The high-pressure oil pump supplies the oil pressure the 6.0L Powerstroke uses to fire its injectors. The Alliant Power AP63661 is a remanufactured replacement for the late-style cast-iron HPOP used on 2004.5 and later 6.0L engines, and it comes with an installation kit.

Tech & Installation Notes

• 2004 Trucks: Some 2004 6.0L engines use the earlier round aluminum HPOP. Check which pump your engine has before ordering.
• STC Fitting: The snap-to-connect (STC) fitting is a known 6.0L failure point. To replace it while the pump is out, the Alliant AP0098 installation kit includes an updated STC fitting.
• Related Parts: If the pump cover is damaged, Ford 5C3Z-9G805-C is the replacement cover.
