Replace your failure-prone factory exhaust manifold with the BD Diesel 1045965. This fully divided pulse manifold is cast from high-silicon ductile iron and engineered specifically for the extreme heat cycles, vibration, and DPF regeneration temperatures of the 6.7L Cummins.
Precision-machined slip joints allow the manifold to expand and contract freely, dramatically reducing cyclic thermal fatigue and the cracking that commonly occurs with the OEM castings. Thick-walled construction with added material around the turbo mount and webbing between ports delivers superior strength and leak resistance while improving exhaust flow and turbo response.
