Most 6.0 FICM failures are the power-supply half, and a weak 48-volt side shows up as hard starts and a rough idle. Bullet Proof 90201080_BK is a 4-pin, 4-phase, 48-volt supply in a black billet housing. You keep the original logic board, so the truck does not need a new flash.

• Output: Fixed 48 volts on a 4-phase board. It is not the 6-phase supply that can be set to 53 or 58 volts.
• Build: Thicker board, military-spec parts, a full-board heat sink, and a black anodized billet aluminum case.
• Logic board: Not included. The original logic board stays, so no programming is required.
• Cover: An O-ringed inspection cover is part of the housing.
• Connector: 4-pin. Match the phase to the FICM already on the engine.

• Years and vehicle: Store fitment is 2003-2007 Ford 6.0 Power Stroke with a 4-phase FICM.
• Exclusion: Do not install this on a 6-phase FICM. That supply is 90201081_BK.
• Not included: The logic board and the injectors.
