The DieselSite E4R5RPAN is a deep transmission pan and filter for an E4OD, a 4R100, and a 5R110W. It adds about 5 quarts over the stock pan. The filter, the gasket, and the hardware are in the box.
The pan is 356-T6 cast aluminum. The flange is thick, and the fasteners are studs with flange nuts, so the pan acts like a girdle on the case. A magnetic drain plug and a temperature-sender port are in the casting. It uses the late 5R110 filter, Ford 8C3Z-7A098-D, which is etched on the pan. That filter is included.
It fits 1994–1997 E4OD, 1998–2003 4R100, and 2003–2010 5R110 trucks.

Check ground clearance on a lowered truck. Fill a few quarts at a time and check it warm. The next filter is the same 5R110 element, even on a 7.3.

Price and finish are great on this transmission pan. Fitment is good but wish the clearance for the stud and nut kit had more space (little bit more cut out on the pan so you can use a socket on the nut to tighten them down) had to use a crows foot on some.
