The FASS FASF15180F140G is a Signature Series lift pump for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0. FASS rates it at 140 gallons per hour. Pressure is adjustable from about 1 to 75 psi, and these trucks are usually set near 55. Whisper Technology keeps it quiet. It still uses the factory fuel filter.
A boost-reference port and a gauge port are on the pump. Mounting hardware is in the box. This is the volume FASS approves for the 75 psi spring, DD-FASS-75PSI, so the engine regulator can still control the system. The full regulator kit is DD-FASS-PSIFIX. The no-drill bracket is NDB1002. The heater kit is HK1001. The 220 gph pump is FASF15250F220G.
It fits 1999–2003 7.3 and 2003–2007 6.0 Super Duty trucks.
