The Driven Diesel DD-FASS-PSIFIX is the 75 psi regulator kit for a FASS Titanium or Signature pump on a 7.3 or a 6.0. It is for a pump that will not hold about 65 psi at the rails. The spring-only part is DD-FASS-75PSI.

Grey pumps and early black pumps have a white ball in the return port. Those get the 75 psi spring and keep the original return fitting. Most black pumps have a flat aluminum poppet. Those get the spring and the red FASS fitting. A silver fitting is in the kit. Driven Diesel saw the best flow with the spring and that fitting together. FASS approves the 75 psi spring on a 125G or 140G. The silver fitting is not a FASS-approved piece, and it can void the FASS warranty.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 and 2003–2007 6.0 trucks with a grey Titanium or a black Signature FASS.

Bag the original spring and fitting. Check pressure at the engine after it is in. A higher-volume pump wants the silver fitting first. The line kit is DD-FA-InstallKit-V5.
