The FASS FASF15250F220G is a Signature Series lift pump for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0. FASS rates it at 220 gallons per hour. Pressure is adjustable from about 1 to 75 psi. Whisper Technology keeps it quiet. It still uses the factory fuel filter.
A boost-reference port raises pressure under throttle. A gauge port is on the pump. The kit includes the STK-1002 bulkhead, a 5/8-inch suction tube, and a 1/2-inch return port, so the filler neck does not get cut. Mounting hardware is in the box. The no-drill bracket is NDB1002. The heater kit is HK1001. The 240 gph pump is FASF15290F240G. FASS approves the 75 psi spring on a 125G or 140G. On this pump they want the silver fitting in DD-FASS-PSIFIX first if rail pressure falls off.
It fits 1999–2003 7.3 and 2003–2007 6.0 Super Duty trucks.
