The FASS TSF15180F140G is a Titanium Signature Series fuel system for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0. It is rated at 140 gallons per hour. Listings put pressure from about 45 to 65 psi, and FASS lists it to about 600 hp. The pump-only unit is FASF15180F140G. The no-drop kit, with a sump, is NDTSF14180F140G.

Filtration is about 2 micron, with water and air removal. The bulkhead is 6061 aluminum, with a 5/8-inch suction tube and a 1/2-inch return, so the filler neck does not get cut. The pickup is PTFE and can be cut to the tank. Filter life is about 30,000 miles. This is the volume FASS approves for the 75 psi spring, DD-FASS-75PSI. The heater kit is HK1001. XDP lists this system on a 2000–2005 Excursion.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 and 2003–2007 6.0 trucks, including the Excursion.
