The FASS FASF15290F240G is a Signature Series lift pump for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0. It is rated at 240 gallons per hour. Pressure is adjustable from about 1 to 75 psi, and these trucks are usually set near 55. Whisper Technology keeps it quiet.

A boost-reference port and a gauge port are on the pump. The bulkhead, a 5/8-inch suction tube, and the mounting hardware are in the box. The no-drill bracket is NDB1002. The heater kit is HK1001. The high-output disk is HK1002. FASS approves the 75 psi spring, DD-FASS-75PSI, on a 125G or 140G. On this 240 gph pump they want the silver fitting in DD-FASS-PSIFIX first if rail pressure falls off.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 and 2003–2007 6.0 Super Duty trucks.

Register the pump with FASS. Check pressure at the engine under load. A dirty factory filter still starves the injectors. The line to a Driven Diesel regulated return is DD-FA-InstallKit-V5.
