The FASS TSF14290F240G is a Titanium Signature Series fuel system for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0 F-250 or F-350. It is rated at 240 gallons per hour at about 60 to 65 psi, and FASS lists it from about 900 to 1,200 hp. The Excursion 240 gph system is TSF15290F240G. The pump-only unit is FASF15290F240G.

Filtration is about 2 micron, with water and air removal. Lines and ports are 1/2 inch. The bulkhead and the suction tube are in the kit, so the filler neck does not get cut. Whisper Technology keeps it quiet. Heater ports and a gauge port are on the pump. Filter life is about 30,000 miles. The motor is listed at 1,000,000 miles. The heater kit is HK1001. FASS approves the 75 psi spring on a 125G or 140G. On this system they want the silver fitting in DD-FASS-PSIFIX first if rail pressure falls off.

It fits 1999–2007 F-250 and F-350 trucks with a 7.3 or a 6.0.
