Upgrade your 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke with the Atlas Diesel High Flow Turbo Outlet (215-9903). This high-flow turbine outlet adapter replaces the restrictive factory exhaust back pressure valve (EBPV/warm-up valve) housing, delivering freer exhaust flow, quicker turbo response, and lower EGTs.

These are the same and can be used kct300908. FYI, your factory bolts are re-usable for this.
