The MBRP S6200AL is a 4-inch turbo-back exhaust for a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke pickup. It is the aluminized kit with the muffler and the tip. The T409 kit is S6200409. The T304 kit is S6200304. A cab-and-chassis or a van will not take this system.

The pipe is 16-gauge mandrel-bent aluminized steel, with the hangers welded on. The muffler is included, and the tip is about 5 inches outside diameter. This is the Armor Lite series. MBRP’s warranty on aluminized is 3 years. It will rust sooner than the stainless kits in salt. An Excursion uses a different system.

It fits 1999–2003 F-250 and F-350 pickups. It does not fit an E-Series or a cab-and-chassis.
