The MBRP S6287SLM bolts to the DPF outlet on 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 pickups with the 6.7L Power Stroke, in Crew Cab and SuperCab configurations only. It replaces the factory extension, over-axle and tail pipes behind the diesel particulate filter. The factory filter and the emissions hardware ahead of it stay in place.
The system runs 4-inch mandrel-bent T409 stainless steel tubing to a single side exit. A muffler delete pipe takes the place of the factory muffler. No exhaust tip is included, so you can pick your own. No core required.
- Muffler Delete Design: A straight pipe replaces the factory muffler, so nothing restricts flow between the DPF and the exit.
- 4-Inch Mandrel-Bent Tubing: The bends hold their full diameter with no crush points to restrict flow.
- 16-Gauge T409 Stainless: Resists penetrating rust better than aluminized steel. It can still show surface rust where road salt is heavy.
- Tip Not Included: The tailpipe is ready for the tip of your choice.
- Bolt-On Fit: Uses the factory flange and rubber hanger isolators with an MBRP Hang Tight hanger, band clamps, flange gasket and hardware supplied. No welding.

Installation Tip: The extension pipe is pre-cut for the 172.4-inch Crew Cab long bed wheelbase, so trim it to length on shorter-wheelbase trucks before final assembly. On 2011-2014 trucks without a temperature sensor at the over-axle pipe, install the supplied hex head plug in the bung.
