The MBRP S62530409 bolts to the DPF outlet on 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 pickups with the 6.7L Power Stroke, in Crew Cab and SuperCab configurations only. It replaces the factory extension, over-axle and tail pipes behind the diesel particulate filter. The factory filter and the emissions hardware ahead of it stay in place.

The system runs 5-inch mandrel-bent T409 stainless steel tubing to a single side exit. It finishes in a polished T304 stainless 6-inch outlet tip. No core required.

• 5-Inch Mandrel-Bent Tubing: The bends hold their full diameter with no crush points to restrict flow.
• 16-Gauge T409 Stainless: Resists penetrating rust better than aluminized steel. It can still show surface rust where road salt is heavy.
• Polished T304 Tip: Single-wall, rolled angle-cut tip in mirror-polished T304 stainless with a 6-inch outlet.
• Bolt-On Fit: Uses the factory flange and rubber hanger isolators with an MBRP Hang Tight hanger, band clamps, flange gasket and hardware supplied. No welding.

Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes

Fits 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 pickups with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel, Crew Cab and SuperCab only. It does not fit Regular Cab or Cab & Chassis trucks.

Installation Tip: The extension pipe is pre-cut for the 172.4-inch Crew Cab long bed wheelbase, so trim it to length on shorter-wheelbase trucks before final assembly. On 2011-2014 trucks without a temperature sensor at the over-axle pipe, install the supplied hex head plug in the bung.
