Intercooler Compatibility:
- Designed for 1999-2003 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Intercoolers: Works with both OEM and aftermarket intercoolers, though some modifications may be required for certain aftermarket models like the Superduty CSF.
- Not Compatible with Gas Engine Core Supports: Only fits diesel engine core supports. For gas engine trucks, a diesel core support replacement is necessary.
- OEM Grommets Not Included: Obtain separately from a local radiator shop.

Be ready to do some cutting and grinding! I installed a Dorman 6.0.cooler from Amazon. Be sure to measure your existing tranny cooler hose and buy some brass adapters and clamps before hand. (Amazon once again). I also used a CSF 7.3 intercooler and Mishimoto radiator. While I was at it, I replaced my cracked rusted diesel support with the upgraded version from LMC trucks. Everything fit great and wasn't too hard to install. I'd recommend reading thru all of the instructions before even thinking about starting!. You can find the instructions on obs solutions website on the page for this item. There's a PDF. I got a better deal thru Full Force so I ordered from here. Some trimming of the black plastic front bit was required on my application to clear the intercooler, that wasn't in the instructions but it was easy with a sawzall and metal blade. Overall completely happy with it! Hood is easier to open with the relocation as well.

They really didn�t fit real good not for the price good idea but the quality was lacking
